We offer two methods to effectively deal with odours:
1. Ozone Shock Treatment
Ozone has the ability to kill microorganisms and neutralise odours. Ozone is capable of oxidising substances, and literally destroys the molecule. It is thousands of times more effective than chlorine. It is very efficient at oxidising organic substances like bacteria, fungi, mildew and can sterilise the air and destroy odours and toxic fumes.
2. Physical Adsorption
There are a range of naturally mined materials from Australia that are excellent for treating mould and bacterial contamination in sub-floors that are damp or undergoing flood-recovery works. The reasons for this include the fact that the sub-floor can be filled with adsorbant materials that can decontaminate smells and odours as well as posessing antibacterial properties. We are currently investigating material supplied by an Australian mine for this purpose. The scientific reasons for the amazing decontamination ability include the fractal geometry of the particle sizes as well as the pore size distribution allowing it to have a much larger surface area to volume ratio.
