The ability of steam to provide a disinfectant level of cleanliness makes it the #1 Choice for ensuring a reliable and effective result for you or your clients. We regularly are called on to perform steam cleaning and disinfection of internal window glass, frames and sills due to mould buildup. This often is caused by excess internal condensation due to high indoor relative humidity. If your home or apartment has an indoor window glass condensation and mould problem, call us or read more about our service options below. We have cleaned apartments across Melbourne and especially in the CBD and in and around Docklands.

The ability of steam to rapidly and safely disinfect surfaces and kill bacteria and fungi is confirmed using the ATP contamination monitoring system. ATP stands for adenosine triphosphate and is present in all cellular material. The cells use ATP to generate energy. Therefore, measuring the amounts of ATP on surfaces is a good indicator of the microscopic, and sometimes invisible level of mould, mildew or bacterial contamination. Readings <45 suggest a clean surface. Readings greater than 100 are unacceptable.
