Our personnel have extensive experience and qualifications drawn from industry and academia. This ensures all our clients – regardless of job size, and whether they are private, commercial or Government, each receive the same levels of efficient service. We are NOT a franchise, therefore we are in a superior position to offer the correct set of solutions or recommendations adapted and matched to your requirements. We do not practice a ‘one size fits all’ treatment approach like some of our competitors, and we are proudly independent and committed to reporting only on the facts based on evidence.
Commitment to excellence in mould cleaning and mould decontamination
Biological Health Services evolved from academic research on fungi and mould. See further information at: drcameronjones.com. Building on a thorough understanding of the biology of fungi and their life-cycle diversity allows us to implement methods to deal with actual or alleged contamination. Our approach and methods are sourced from industry Standards and Guidelines as well as cutting-edge research published in peer-reviewed journals. In combination, our depth of understanding of mould biology and reliance on solid-science ensures that only practical and efficient cleaning and decontamination methods or scope of works are developed or used.
Professional and highly trained staff
Biological Health Services is headed by a PhD level scientist and all our other staff receive training in current and new cleaning and decontamination methods. All staff follow a strict set of policies and procedures that cover all aspects of every job. All staff follow current OH&S guidelines and implement risk management and risk assessments on all jobs. We are approved by the Department of Human Services and have a current Licence to Use Pesticides (excluding fumigants) formulated for the control of arthropods, rodents, birds and fungi (License #: L005736). Note that is it illegal for a person in a pest control business to apply pesticides without a license, and this applies to some of our competitors. We are also qualified to carry out specialist decontamination works at Quarantine Approved Premises (Classes 2 to 9) and have the following Accreditation Numbers: A13859 and 25796 issued by the Australian Government – Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry/Biosecurity.
